Steak, which is also known as Cooked Beef, is a food item attained by cooking Raw Beef in a Furnace. Eating a steak will restore 4 shanks (8 food points) to your Food Bar. Steak can also be obtained from Cows in its cooked form by killing them while they are on fire.
