Dispensers are mechanical blocks that dispense over blocks. Normally, they will spit out the block but there are exceptions for certain blocks. Water and Lava is dispensed in their actual liquid form. Also, Chicken Eggs and Spawn Eggs will spit out the Mob, not the egg. Snowballs, arrows, and splash potions will be shot out of dispensers. Arrows can be used as traps in dispensers.
